While Seven Hills operates the accommodation and property, our team delivers personalised disability support services during each stay to ensure safety, continuity of care, and meaningful engagement aligned with individual NDIS goals.
Supports are tailored to each participant’s needs and may include assistance with personal care, medication support, community access, life skill development, behaviour-informed practice, and structured recreational activities.
With extensive experience in disability, education support, and complex care, our team works collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to deliver consistent, goal-focused outcomes in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
