Helen’s Disability and Daycare Service delivers individualised disability support services during each stay in line with participant goals, including assistance with daily living, personal care, community participation, and structured, goal-focused supports.
We can also provide a range of sensory and activity-based resources upon request, including building blocks, connecting blocks, stepping buckets, balance and stepping stones, light-up musical stepping stones, musical instruments, arts and craft materials, and selected sensory equipment such as a lycra sensory swing. These resources are used to support regulation, gross motor development, coordination, creativity, and meaningful engagement.
Access to a dedicated outdoor area is available for younger participants, providing a safe and structured space for supervised play, movement, and age-appropriate activities.
